Awesome strength and HIIT workout using the density training protocol – AMSAP. Perform each HIIT and Strength exercise one after the other for 15 minutes without resting completing As Many Sets As Possible.

Density Circuit
Perform AMSAP in 15 min of the following:
Barbell Deadlifts – 10 reps
Plyo Push Ups – 10 reps
Goblet Squats – 10 reps
Swiss Ball Jacknife – 7 reps
