This plyometric treadmill workout uses maximum power to strengthen your muscles. The moves are quick and explosive, so prepare to use a lot more energy than you do in a typical strength-training session.

I’ve been using this mask for over 3 years now. I don’t think it simulate high altitude
It does train your muscles to function with the same output as before with less oxygen. If you ran X amount of miles at X time, then replicate that with the mask. It will be harder to do. Just like when you take the mask off it will be easier and you’ll get better times. I always wear my mask on cardio days.
