HIIT Music Track 40/20 (20 reps) 21 min – PLUS VOICE PROMPTS

This is a 40/20 workout where 40 seconds you go hard, and then rest for 20 seconds. There are 20 reports with a final 1 minute burst.

This is my latest High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. The HIIT sound track comes with voice prompts so you don’t need to look at the screen as well as motivational quotes to keep you working out as hard and for as long as you can.

I know a lot of you have been waiting for it, so I really hope you enjoy this High intensity interval training (HIIT) 40/20 music track workout.

I have not added a warmup component as everyone likes to work out differently, but latter on I might make some 5 minute workup tracks that you can play before moving on to the HIIT music track of your choice.
