Warm-up (50:10)
1) Jog and reach
2) pendulum lunge
3) squat w/ core rotation
4) lateral lunge

20 glute bridges
12 reps bird-dog

Part1: Strength
1) Manmakers (5 reps)
2) get ups (10 reps)
3) KB swings (20 reps)
4) curtsy lunge (10 reps per leg)
5) deadlift into pushup w/ shoulder taps (5 reps)

Part 2: Tabata: (20:10 for 4 min)
power step ups // chair lunges

Part 3: Repeat Part 1

Part 4: Tabata
plank hops // box jumps

Part 5: Repeat Part 1

Part 6: HIIT (50:10) Complete 2 rounds (10 minutes total)
1) box jump burpees
2) side squat w/ leg lift
3) 10 high knees, 2 star jumps
4) hamstring curls
5) dead bug
