For this workout we’ll be doing Supersets. So we’ll combine a cardio exercise with an abs exercise and then rest after doing both sets together. 45 seconds cardio, 45 seconds abs and rest for 30 seconds.
There are 5 combinations in total and we’ll do each round 3 times, so we’re working in total for 30 minutes.
