This interval HIIT workout is designed to boost your cardiovascular strength by alternating between moderate cardio exercises and extreme HIIT intervals that will have your heart-rate sky-rocketing!!! This workout is great for those days when you can’t get out to jog, if you’re looking to get that heart racing, or if you’re just up for a great sweat inducing workout.
